One last moan (sorry!)

Right.  This is the last time I complain about TalkTalk on this blog.  After this, no more.  I promise.
Called BT.  Gonna cost £125 to switch back to them due to the technology that the TalkTalk use not being the same as BT’s.
Will take 10 working days to switch.
Only then can I request Broadband from Waitrose (or whoever [...]

Honestly, TalkTalk are the most un-customer-friendly company that I have ever come across.  As I’ve explained in previous posts (zzzzzz …), my broadband was supposed to be up and running by 10th July.  The line was installed, but the wireless router TalkTalk were supposed to send did not arrive.
