It’s my birthday …!

Well, not quite yet, but soon.  Hooray! 

I love my birthday, but normally I don’t celebrate it as such.  Usually I just take the day off work and chill out at home, or walk around by myself with a secret smile, knowing that today is my special day!

But this year, Maths Chick suggested that I actually DO something on the big day itself.  So, after work (yes, unfortunately, I have to work on Wednesday) … I will be meeting up with the M.C. and another friend from school, E. and heading into town to see Sex and City (can’t wait) before having cocktails, food and catching up with the scandal*.  And I’m really excited!

I just wish that I wasn’t quite as old as I am/ will be. 

* Essex speak for ‘gossip’.
