OOooh now that is cool. Good old bra recycling.
I have a couple that can go to them. Nice one SG!

By the way - any ideas for old oyster shells? We have a plethora of them after our weekend away camping next to an oyster beach!

Ashish: do you have a blog? Would love to read it …

MC: Hello my lovely. Hope you had a nice weekend away. Hmm … oyster shells… can they be crushed and composted? Or how about making them into a new bra once you’ve given your old ones away! :-)

Ooooh, just done a google search and apparently oyster shell recyling is a thriving industry in the U.S.! And there is a “critical shortage of oyster shell in South Carolina”!

Apparently you just chuck ‘em back in the water and baby oysters will come and live in them - how amazing :-)

I wonder if there are oyster shell recycling programmes in Essex?

    Excellent!
I was thinking about donating my hair to a charity that provides wigs for cancer patients, but I’m not sure how I’d go about that.
Bras are an easier way to start however!
    Love your charitable nature.

The thing that never ceases to amaze me is the staggeringly large number of women who wear bras that just don’t fit.

Some are sufficiently ill-fitting as to contribute to an overall posture problem.

I mean, for goodness sake - if they’re not supporting they’re not doing the job.

I speak purely as a mildly interested male…

Brennig: yes, I know what you mean. I feel (and look!) much better now I have a bra that fits correctly!

ps You were up very early yesterday!
