Kitchen rage

Someone at my workplace is annoyed, and has been putting up angry notices.

Maybe learning how to spell and write in grammatically correct sentences would be a better use of their time.

    It never fails to amaze and disappoint me how bad grammar and spelling has become. It’s the same in France, which offers scant comfort, but I know that it’s not just my countrymen who are clearly not on good terms with the dictionary!

    I happened to *accidentally* pull the front cover of the photocopier off its hinges last week. It took less than 24 hours for a sign to go up all about how much money “manhandleing the photocopier” costs our school. Their spelling mistake, not mine. And this very notice went up AFTER I went to the office to tell them of my honest mistake.

    I am thinking that if they bothered to buy us a decent photocopier instead of the crummy old second hand one we have got, then there would be no need to open the front cover whenever it decides to jam (x times an hour, where x > 50).

    I am also wondering if the pupils could write a better notice in their literacy classes…
