I’ve just had a job interview that went so very, very badly.  It was for an SLT post within my current Trust and the interview was with my line manager.  However, as I (think I) want to leave SLT, I really shouldn’t have bothered.

I came across this website when I was surfing the net the other day. 
Ed Chapman is a mosaic artist who makes portraits of people.  This guy is mega-talented and I was so impressed by his work.
