Blog dreams

Another very quick post today.  I will tell you all about my new job anon (oooh … the suspense!), but just wanted to write about a dream I had on Friday night.
It was very bizarre.  I dreamt that we (blog mates and I) had all arranged to meet up.  Princesse, Mya, Lis and Despina were definitely there.  There were [...]

Work-a-thon

I’ve been so busy in the last few weeks that I haven’t had the time or the energy to blog.
Unfortunately, I haven’t been out on the razz; I’ve mainly been working. Instead of my contracted hours (7.5 a day), I’ve been spending up to ten hours a day in the clinic, and have even been writing reports [...]

I feel terrible

I’ve just had a job interview that went so very, very badly.  It was for an SLT post within my current Trust and the interview was with my line manager.  However, as I (think I) want to leave SLT, I really shouldn’t have bothered.
I feel completely numb and embarrassed now.  The questions weren’t even that hard, [...]

Impressive stuff

I came across this website when I was surfing the net the other day.
Ed Chapman is a mosaic artist who makes portraits of people.  This guy is mega-talented and I was so impressed by his work.
Imagine being able to create something as accurate and impressive as this:

or this:

using bits of tile …
Just thought I’d share …
