A happy ending …
In spite of risking turning into an Anne Robinson/Esther Rantzen hybrid (thanks, Mya 
), I feel compelled to let you know the outcome of my latest consumer battle.
This morning, I received a £25 voucher through the post from Dorothy Perkins to compensate me for the green slime incident. They said they hoped it would ”restore [my] good faith in Dorothy Perkins”. It certainly has - hooray!
