Tidy up time
L. has been away for the last month and the flat is looking … well … not much like a flat anymore. More like a slum, really. I am going to have to spend the rest of the day tidying and cleaning in preparation for his imminent return. What a way to spend a hot Bank Holiday Monday …

I took The Lovely S gliding for the first time today. Later I schooled Vin over show-jumps. Not a bad Bank Holiday Monday. Hope yours was (despite the domesticity) excellent!

Brenning - was that hang-gliding or gliding in a plane? I have wanted to go hang-gliding for ages.

Argh, if only I’d known! Gliding was brilliant fun (gliding in a small plane type thing, rather than hang gliding), but I love tidying!

I was a passenger, but also got to take over the controls in a ‘Learner’s Glider Plane’ dual-control type way.
It was gosh-darned scary, I can tell you. I was way to jerky with that there stick thingy.

Soph, you can come and clean up for me! I’ve been away for three months and I think the only time my boyfriend cleaned the kitchen was when he was trying to impress me over the phone (strange man). I have to pack on Sunday - nooooo!
